Returns and refunds
When you can return an item, what it costs and how to start a return or warranty claim.

Return window
- You can return an item within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are paid within 7 days of us receiving and checking the returned item.
- All refunds are paid by EFT to the bank account you give us.
Return costs
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the buyer.
- Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you.
Cancelling an order
- Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order.
- If you have not paid anything yet, there is nothing further to do.
- If you have already paid, the return and refund terms on this page apply.
Warranty
- Warranties cover manufacturing defects under normal use.
- Contact us with your order reference to make a warranty claim.
How to start a return or claim
- Email sales@tjgymequipment.co.za or call 084 511 9761 with your order reference and the reason for the return.
- For damage or faults, include photos of the item and its packaging.
- We reply within one business day and arrange the next steps with you.
