What personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the items you order.
- When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message.
- Your cart is saved in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. It is not sent to us until you order.
- We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order, send invoices and tracking details, and handle returns and warranty claims.
- To reply to your enquiries.
- We only collect the information needed for these purposes.
Who we share it with
- Freight partners receive your name, phone number and delivery address to deliver your order.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see or store your card details.
- The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
- WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which handles any messages you send under its own privacy policy.
- We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
- We keep order records for as long as we need them for your order, warranty claims and our legal and tax obligations.
Your rights
- You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

- You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
