Which payment methods we accept, when you pay and how your order is confirmed.

How payment works
- Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- At checkout you pay for the equipment by card on Stripe's secure payment page. We never see or store your card details.
- The amount charged is the price shown on the product page at the time you order.
- Delivery is not included in the card payment. We send a delivery quote within one business day and invoice delivery separately for payment by EFT.
Keeping your payment safe
- Invoices only come from an @tjgymequipment.co.za email address.
- We never ask for payment over WhatsApp, SMS or social media, or to a bank account that differs from your invoice.
- If anything about a payment request looks wrong, call us on 084 511 9761 before paying.
Cancellations and refunds
- If you have not paid anything yet, you can cancel at no cost.
- Refunds for paid orders follow our returns and refunds policy.
